01. GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
02. ORDER PROCESSING
It typically takes 1 – 3 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. We offer a number of shipping options which can be selected at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on weight and shipping method.
03. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
04. DELIVERY TIME
Your orders must be placed by 11:59 PM dailyclickmart to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days and orders will arrive within 8 business days from when the order is processed.
05. ORDER TRACKING
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on dailyclickmart.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
06. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
